Refinishing Hardwood Floor Cost?

I have a section of flooring in my house that is approximately 300 square feet. The flooring material is oak solid hardwood that is nailed directly to the sub-floor.
I want to refinish this to due cheap adipex without a prescription to a bunch of surface defects and to change the general color to a darker stain. I do not want to do this work myself. I want to have a contractor sand it, stain it, coat it, etc. How much would this cost approximately? You can tell me by sq. ft. or total.
I realize there are many dynamics that can cause estimates to be higher or lower. I have no clue how much this would cost to do and am looking to ballpark it.

$22.50 sqf, to sand and stain, now to seal it, your looking agout $13 sqf that includes all meterials, If you were in Texas, i would be happy to come do it for you, I’m a contractor, and run a Handyman service, i do theese kind of floors all the time down here.
I live in southern Illinois. I had the floors in my 1920’s house sanded and refinished about a year ago. The company I had do it charged $ 2.25/sq.ft. That included two coats of finish. It turned out beautifully!
