I just had these floors refinished a year ago and cannot afford Buy Ampicillin Online to have them done again.
My floors have a polyurethane finish and I have read that I should never use oil based cleaners. Apparently it creates problems if you want to recoat the polyurethane. The wood isn’t discolored, the polyurethane is. Looks like a chemical reaction to the waffle pad material. HELP!!!

try Old English oil, the wood is probably dried and needs oil back in it, you can also put Mayonnaise on it, and cooking oil works pretty well too.
Go and rent a residential floor buffer for wood floors, it will help take some of the ridges away caused by the waffle rug pad. If you truly have discoloration, then refinishing is probably your only solution. Buffing will renew life into the floor and it should look new again.
Hartco products makes a product called Total Care. It is a cleaner and polisher in one. Use it at the same time you use the buffer. They also have a product called ColorNew. it is a polisher with tinted stain in the polish that helps to renew color.
My father has been in the flooring business for 44 years.
the sun fades the floor, cover the surounding area with blankets or rugs ect… for a few weeks and the area that was covered up by the rug will start to catch up on the fading aspect
